Dr. Gary H. Wilson
Background and Education
Dr. Gary Wilson, FACFAS, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1970 from Eastern Michigan University and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1976.
Dr. Wilson served as surgical resident at Kerwood General Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 1978, and from 1978-1983 was an active staff member at Genesee Memorial Hospital and Flint General Hospital while in private practice in Michigan.
Dr. Wilson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery in 1982 and again in 1992. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, charter member of the Alaska State Podiatric Medical Association and member of the American Podiatric Medical Association since 1976.
In 1984 he began his private practice in Alaska, with hospital affiliation with the Alaska Surgery Center and the Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.
